Program Options ~ Family Faith Formation Program or Grade Level Program
Family Faith Formation Program - In this program, parents and children in grades K-8 attend a monthly gathering. Sessions begin with lunch. Families may then stay together for an activity or children and adults may be separated. Parents are responsible for teaching their children at home during the intervening weeks. Textbooks and parent materials organized by themes enable parents with more than one child to have one session per week with the entire family focused on the same topic. This program requires time and commitment by both parents and children, so it’s not for everyone. However, it may be just the thing for your family!
Family Faith Formation Program Schedule
All gatherings are Sundays, 12:30-3:00 PM in The Lodge

ST. ANTHONY’S PARISH FAITH FORMATION
POLICIES & PROCEDURES GRADES 1-8
In order to ensure the safety and proper supervision of the children of the parish in our care, parents and children are asked to follow these policies and procedures.
- Many children in our program have serious allergies. A NO FOOD/DRINK policy will be strictly enforced. We ask that children finish their snack before they enter the building. Please notify Pat Friel if your child has any medical condition (such as diabetes) that requires the availability of food/drink during class time.
- We follow the Falmouh Public School schedue. When there is no school ALL DAY in Falmouth (holidays, vacations, snow days, emergencies), there are no Faith Formation sessions. There WILL be Faith Formation sessions on the Tuesday Early Release Days.
- Do not park between the safety cones and the Lodge building. After dismissal, children are to stay behind the safety cones. Parents will please park, pick up children in the safety zone, and walk children to the car.
- All children are to remain the classroom except under extraordinary circumstances. Please encourage your children to use the rest room prior to the beginning of class.
- If your child needs to be dismissed early, you must come into the building and notify Pat Friel that you are picking up your child. Pat will accompany you to your child's classroom.
- Each week your child will bring home pages from the lesson(s) of the day. Please review these with your child, help him/her complete the Chapter Review Page(s), and consider doing some of the family activities during the week. The completed Chapter Review Page(s) must be signed by a parent/guardian and brought to the next class.
- Use of cell phones or other electronic devices is prohibited during class time.
Please contact Pat Friel (508-548-3515 or stanthonyfaithformation@comcast.net) at any time with any questions, suggestions, or concerns.
